In a city of construction induced traffic jams, speeders are not high on the list of Chicago's problems. Perhaps that's why Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich is using another government program aimed at curbing gang violence as justification for installing automatic ticketing cameras along his state's highways. Traffic cameras are nothing more than revenue generating devices (expensive tolls), aimed at adding one more "tax" sources for a state budget that is never satisfied despite record taxation.
